Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to deliver and support our services:

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Project and content data — website requests, template customizations, uploaded images, and the links and profile details you add to FNB Link Tree.
• Purchase records — order history, amounts, currency, and refund status. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Support messages — contact form submissions and email correspondence.
• Technical data — server logs and basic device information used to keep the service secure and diagnose problems.

We use your information to create and maintain your account, deliver purchased templates and courses, publish your Link Tree page, process payments and refunds, send transactional email such as receipts and password resets, provide support, and protect the service against abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project content to train machine learning models.

Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal, or Telebirr depending on the method you choose. These processors receive your payment details directly; we only store a transaction reference, the amount, and the resulting status. We never see or store your full card number.

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and the payment processors above. Each receives only the data required to perform its function.

Anything you publish on an FNB Link Tree page — your display name, bio, avatar, and links — is intentionally public and visible to anyone with the URL. Unpublishing your page removes it from public view while keeping your data intact.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site: a session cookie to keep you signed in and security cookies to protect authentication. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is open. Order and refund records are retained longer where required for tax and accounting purposes. When you delete your account we remove your personal data and content, except records we are legally required to keep.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing fnbsoftwareteam@gmail.com. You can also edit most of your information directly in your dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests regardless of location.

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, database access is restricted with row-level security policies, and administrative actions are limited to verified admin accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice, and the “last updated” date above will change.
