Acceptable Use Policy

Do not upload, publish, or link to content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
• Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or hatred against people or groups.
• Impersonates another person, business, or brand, including ours.
• Is designed to deceive — phishing pages, fake login screens, fraudulent stores, or scam offers.
• Distributes malware, spyware, or unwanted software.
• Sells regulated goods without authorization, such as weapons, illegal drugs, or counterfeit items.

Do not:

• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of our infrastructure without written permission.
• Interfere with the service through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.
• Scrape the service or resell access to it.
• Circumvent payment, access controls, usage limits, or feature gating.
• Use our transactional email or contact forms to send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Resell or redistribute our templates or course material as your own product.

Link Tree pages are public and indexable, so they are held to the same standard as any published website. In particular, do not use a Link Tree page as a redirect layer to content that violates this policy, and do not claim a username that impersonates another person or brand. We may reclaim slugs used for impersonation or squatting.

If you find content on our platform that breaks these rules, email fnbsoftwareteam@gmail.com with the URL and a brief description. We review every report and act on credible ones quickly.

Depending on the severity, we may remove the specific content, unpublish a page, suspend the account, or terminate it outright. For clear illegal activity or immediate risk to others, we act without prior notice and may report it to the appropriate authorities. Otherwise we will normally contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Termination for a violation of this policy does not entitle you to a refund.
